During Mould
design it is very important matter for selecting the optimal gate size
and it's location and type of gate.
Normally two type of Gate consider for mould,
1] Manually Degating.
2] Automatically Degating.
Manually trimming gates :
This type gate trimmed from the moulded shot by manual operation to
separate parts from feed system for below example type of gates:
